These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through www.belengualcho.com, operated by Café Belén Gualcho. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
All orders placed through our Founder Release presale are pre-sale orders. This means your coffee has not yet been roasted at the time of purchase. Your order reserves a specific quantity of coffee from our 2025–2026 harvest at founder pricing. Coffee will be roasted to order and shipped within 60–90 days of your purchase date.
By placing a pre-sale order, you acknowledge and accept this fulfillment timeline.
Coffee is an agricultural product. While we have completed the 2025–2026 harvest and the green coffee is secured, unforeseen circumstances — including but not limited to logistics delays, export documentation issues, or force majeure events — could affect our ability to fulfill orders on the stated timeline. In the event we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the product only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe (credit/debit card) or PayPal. We do not store your payment credentials.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Stripe or PayPal. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@belengualcho.com.
You may cancel your order at any time before your coffee has been roasted and shipped. To cancel, email us at info@belengualcho.com with your order confirmation number and a request to cancel. We will confirm your cancellation and issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.
Once your order has been roasted and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. At that point, our standard refund policy applies. See our Refund Policy.
Orders are shipped from our US roasting partner within 60–90 days of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Café Belén Gualcho is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We make every effort to accurately describe our coffee, including variety, process, elevation, tasting notes, and lot size. Tasting notes are descriptive and represent the expected flavor profile — individual experience may vary based on brewing method, grind, water, and personal taste.
For wholesale roasted coffee or green coffee inquiries, contact us at info@belengualcho.com. Wholesale and green coffee transactions are governed by separate agreements negotiated directly between the parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Café Belén Gualcho's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Orders placed before the update date are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
