Our 2026 harvest is currently on its way to our roasting partner in Texas and is scheduled to arrive on July 15. We roast in small 50‑pound batches to order, so every bag ships at peak freshness. Who You're Buying From

A smallholder harvest, start to finish

The producers. A group of farming families in Belén Gualcho, Ocotepeque, western Honduras, growing at 1,400–1,850 masl. We grow it, process it, and ship it ourselves. Email anytime, you're talking to the people who grew it.
The journey. From our farms to the mill in Sensentí, to Puerto Cortés, to Houston, to your cup. The 2026 harvest is scheduled to arrive in the U.S. on July 15 and is roasted to order after it lands. Orders placed now will be roasted and shipped as part of the first production batches after the harvest arrives, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
The scores. Every lot cupped and scored by IHCAFE, Honduras's national coffee institute. We publish the numbers because we're proud of them.
Your risk: none. If we can't fulfill your order, you get a full refund. We'd rather lose the sale than your trust.
