This coffee represents the rarest offering from Café Belén Gualcho: a honey-process Gesha grown at high altitude with limited production. Only 360 lbs of green coffee were produced from this lot.
The honey process leaves a portion of the fruit mucilage on the bean during drying, producing a cup that bridges the clarity of washed and the sweetness of natural. Gesha's inherent floral character is preserved and amplified.
