Scored by IHCAFE — Instituto Hondureño del Café, Honduras’s official national coffee authority. 87.50 points (IHCAFE Regional Office), 2025/2026 harvest.

Cup profile:
Floral and honey-sweet, with dried fruit and peach.
Bright acidity over a smooth, syrupy body.

This is the Gesha varietal in its washed expression: high-altitude, shade-grown, and processed for clarity — letting Gesha’s signature florals and delicacy come through in a clean, structured cup.

The coffee is grown under native pine and Inga canopy. The washed process removes the fruit before drying, producing a cup that is defined by the bean itself rather than fermentation character.
